应用麦默通微创旋切系统对临床触诊阴性的乳腺病变组织行组织活检,准确度高、安全可靠、是早期发现和治疗乳腺病变的有效方法~([1])。麦默通活检是在核心针活检技术基础上成功研制出来的活检系统。它穿刺快速容易,减少了针道损伤,只有2~5mm的切口,且无须缝合,可减少乳房的内部和外部瘢痕以利于术后随访,保持乳房的美观。现在已经被广泛应用于治疗乳腺小肿瘤和乳腺癌的早期诊断。现就其在诊断和治疗方面的研究进展做一综述。
It is an effective and effective method to detect and treat breast lesions in the early stage by using the Mammotome minimally invasive rotational cutting system to perform tissue biopsy on clinically palpated negative breast lesions with high accuracy and safety [1]. Microtex biopsy is a biopsy system successfully developed on the basis of core needle biopsy technology. It puncture quickly and easily, reducing the needles injury, only 2 ~ 5mm incision, and without suture, can reduce the internal and external breast scar to facilitate postoperative follow-up, to maintain the appearance of the breast. Has now been widely used in the treatment of small breast cancer and breast cancer early diagnosis. Now on its diagnosis and treatment of research progress is reviewed.
