目的 探讨铅对周围神经传导速度和生物指标的影响。方法 66例接触者和40例对照者进行周围神经传导速度和各项生物指标的检测。结果 接触组中>10年工龄组和<10年工龄组分别与对照组周围神经传导速度比较有显著差异,其中正中神经、尺神经感觉传导速度(MCV、SCV)减慢、远端感觉潜伏期(sL)、腓肠神经SCV延长(P均<0.05)。接触组中>10年工龄组与<10年工龄组生物学指标PbB、ZPP、EFP、Hb、PbU比较有显著差别(P<0.05);周围神经传导速度、生物学指标异常率比较两组无显著差异(P>0.05),但相对危险度>10年工龄组分别是<10年工龄组的4.1和5.3倍。结论 提示长期接触铅对周围神经传导速度可产生不同程度的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of lead on peripheral nerve conduction velocity and biological indexes. Methods 66 cases of contact and 40 cases of control were detected peripheral nerve conduction velocity and various biological indicators. Results There were significant differences in the peripheral nerve conduction velocity between the 10-year service group and the <10-year service group in the contact group, and the sensory conduction velocity (MCV, SCV) of the median nerve and ulnar nerve slowed down, the sensory latency of distal sensory sL) and sural nerve SCV (all P <0.05). There were significant differences in the biological indexes of PbB, ZPP, EFP, Hb and PbU between the 10-year service group and the 10-year service group in the contact group (P <0.05). The peripheral nerve conduction velocity and the abnormal rate of the biological index were significantly different between the two groups (P> 0.05), but the relative risk> 10 years of service was 4.1 and 5.3 times of that of <10 years of service respectively. The results suggest that long-term exposure to lead may have different effects on the peripheral nerve conduction velocity.
