运用比较研究方法，评价了西方信息优势产生的历史背景、现状及发展趋势，并阐明西方信息劣势、缺陷和隐患。分析并评价了东方各国，特别是我国的社会科学领域，尤其是哲学认识领域的信息优势，提出扬长避短、迎头赶超西方信息发达国家的信息发展战略对策。
Using the comparative research method, this paper evaluates the historical background, current situation and development trend of western information superiority and expounds the inferiority, defects and hidden dangers of western information. Analyzes and evaluates the superiority of information in the field of social sciences in the East, especially in our country, especially in the fields of philosophical understanding, and puts forward strategies for the development of information in keeping with the weaknesses of other countries and catching up with and surpassing western developed countries in information development.
