企业文化是企业发展的灵魂。安全文化是企业文化的生命线。达州各级工会组织把建设安全文化作为参与社会管理创新的重要手段,贯穿于企业文化建设全过程,在组织职工、引导职工、服务职工和维护职工生命健康权益方面发挥了积极作用,不仅丰富了企业文化内涵,促进了企业安全生产,而且推动了企业经济效益和社会效益的共赢。近年来,全市安全生产形势逐年好转,重特大安全事故得到有效遏制,先后涌现出一批全国、全省安全生产先进典型,市总工会获得了全国“安康杯”竞赛优秀组织单位。
