目的分析超声、钼靶及两者联合在三阴性乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法安阳市肿瘤医院病理确诊的68例三阴性乳腺癌患者,将超声及钼靶影像学特征按BI-RADS方法进行分级诊断,比较超声、钼靶及两者联合的诊断符合率,评价不同方法的应用价值。结果 68例患者超声检查正确60人,正确率88.2%。钼靶诊断正确49例,正确率72.1%,超声诊断符合率明显高于钼靶(χ~2=5.592,P=0.018<0.05)。两种检查方法联合诊断正确64例,正确率94.1%,明显高于单独钼靶检查(χ~2=11.774,P=0.001<0.05)。结论高频超声对三阴性乳腺癌的诊断符合率明显高于钼靶,两种方法联合可提高诊断率。
Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound, mammography and their combination in the diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer. Methods 68 cases of triple-negative breast cancer patients diagnosed by Anyang Cancer Hospital were divided into two groups according to BI-RADS method. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound, mammography and their combination were compared to evaluate the different methods The application value. Results 68 patients with ultrasound correct 60, the correct rate of 88.2%. Molybdenum target was correctly diagnosed in 49 cases with a correct rate of 72.1%. The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was significantly higher than that of molybdenum target (χ ~ 2 = 5.592, P = 0.018 <0.05). The two methods combined diagnosis of correct 64 cases, the correct rate was 94.1%, significantly higher than the molybdenum target alone (χ ~ 2 = 11.774, P = 0.001 <0.05). Conclusion The coincidence rate of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer is significantly higher than that of molybdenum target. The combination of the two methods can improve the diagnosis rate.
