目的建立废水中阿维菌素含量的固相萃取-高效液相色谱测定法。方法水样经Sep-Pak固相萃取柱分离净化后,以甲醇-水(95+5)为流动相,以10 ml的95%乙醇溶液作为洗脱液,在紫外检测器波长为244 nm处进行高效液相色谱进行测定。结果在1~8μg/ml的线性范围内,所得阿维菌素的回归方程为y=40 006x-3 957.4,相关系数为0.997 7,该方法的检出限为19.3μg/L,平均回收率为92.8%~104.0%,RSD为4.8~5.3%。结论该方法操作简便,快速准确,适用于废水中阿维菌素含量的检测。
Objective To establish a solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of abamectin in wastewater. Methods After the water sample was separated and purified by Sep-Pak solid phase extraction column, methanol-water (95 + 5) was used as the mobile phase and 10 ml of 95% ethanol solution was used as the eluent. UV detector wavelength was 244 nm High performance liquid chromatography was performed. Results The linear range of 1 ~ 8μg / ml, the regression equation of the avermectin y = 40 006x-3 957.4, the correlation coefficient of 0.997 7, the detection limit of the method was 19.3μg / L, the average recovery 92.8% ~ 104.0%, RSD 4.8 ~ 5.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and is suitable for the detection of abamectin in wastewater.
