1.2万平方公里、1400万人口、下辖19个区市县——这是四川“首位城市”成都最基本的的市情。破题“多点多极支撑”的区域发展战略,四川省委提出要形成“首位一马当先、梯次竞相跨越”的生动局面。“一马当先”的省会成都,其目标锁定西部经济核心增长极。这将是怎样的“一极”?成都市认为,首位城市的竞争力是一股合力,胶着于这股合力之中的,是三个圈层的整体崛起;
12,000 square kilometers, 14 million population, administered 19 districts and counties - this is the “basic city of Chengdu, Sichuan Province,” the most basic market conditions. To break through the regional development strategy of “multi-point and multi-pole support”, Sichuan Provincial Party Committee proposed to create a vivid situation in which “the first priority should be taken and the echelon should be crossed”. Chengdu, the capital city of the province, aims at locking the economic growth pole of the western region. What will this be like? “One pole”? Chengdu believes that the competitiveness of the first city is a synergy and a stalemate among these synergies. It is the overall rise of the three spheres.
