一九五二年十二月全省師範教育會議以後,各師範學校都傳達了師範教育的教學方針,並擬定了貫徹實施的初步辦法,因而多數學校已有了一些進步。這表現在:試行了新教材新教法,開始改變了過去無計畫的教學狀態;加強了教研組的工作;密切了與附屬小學的聯繫;並重點實行了各科教材教法分科教學。成績是肯定的,但是這些進步,還僅僅是開始。今後為了提高師範學校教學質量,培養合格的人民教師,各學校全體工作人員,必須加緊學習,改進工作,認真貫徹學習蘇聯、面對小學、集體教學的方針。現在將一九五三年上期的幾項工作規定如下:
After the provincial normal education conference in December 1952, all normal schools communicated the teaching guidelines of normal education and formulated the initial measures for their implementation. As a result, most schools have made some progress. This is manifested in: Piloting new teaching methods of new textbooks, beginning to change the past state of teaching without plans; strengthening the work of teaching and research groups; closely linking with affiliated elementary schools; and emphasizing the implementation of teaching materials for all subjects. The result is yes, but these improvements are still just the beginning. In the future, in order to improve teaching quality in normal schools and train qualified teachers for the people and all staff in schools, we must step up studies and improve our work, conscientiously carry out the study of the Soviet Union and the principle of primary and collective education. We will now make the following provisions for the period 1953 as follows:
