记者从国家质量技监局获悉,国家建设部、经贸委、质量技术监督局、建材局近期联合发出《关于在住宅建设中淘汰落后产品的通知》(建住房(’99)295号)。强制淘汰不符合资源节约和环境保护要求与质量低劣的材料和部品,积极采用符合国家标准的资源节约型优质材料和部品。通知指出:一、自2000年1月1日起,在大中城市新建住宅中禁止使用螺旋升式铸铁水嘴,已立项但尚未开工的住宅建设项目也应限制使用螺旋升降式铸铁水嘴。积极采用符合《陶瓷片密封水嘴》(JC-663-1997)及《水嘴通用技术条件》(QB/T1334-98)标准的陶瓷片密封水嘴。陶
Reporter learned from the State Quality and Technical Supervision, the Ministry of Construction, Economic and Trade Commission, Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Building Materials Bureau recently jointly issued “on the elimination of obsolete products in residential construction notice” (Housing (’99) 295). Forcibly eliminated materials and parts that did not meet the requirements of resource conservation and environmental protection and of inferior quality, and actively adopted resource-saving and high-quality materials and components that met the national standards.
