新型城镇化将全民参与、共享成果作为发展的核心,将实现城乡要素的平等互换以及公共资源的均衡配置作为主攻方向。目前,我国新型城镇化商贸流通业的发展较为迟钝,未能建立完善的商贸流通体系,在商贸流通领域存在渠道不畅等问题。为此,文章提出应借助新型城镇化的深化改革完善商贸流通企业的发展方式、对商贸流通行业的基础设施进行合理的规划建设、让新型城镇化助推产业的集聚等建议。
The new urbanization takes the participation of the whole people and the sharing of achievements as the core of development and takes the realization of the equal exchange of urban and rural elements and the balanced allocation of public resources as the main direction. At present, the development of the new urbanized commercial circulation in our country is relatively sluggish. We have not been able to establish a sound system for the circulation of commerce and commerce and have problems in the field of commerce and trade such as poor channels. To this end, the article proposes that we should improve the development mode of commercial circulation enterprises through the deepening reform of new urbanization, make reasonable planning and construction of the infrastructure for commercial circulation industries, and let the new urbanization boost the industrial agglomeration.
