为了提高光伏人才培养质量,我国高职高专光伏专业大部分都采用了校企合作的人才培养模式,但因专业建设起步较晚、专业设备价格昂贵、维护维修成本较高、技术转型升级速度较快等原因,学校投资建设实训室的负担较重,专业实训实习环节较为薄弱,学生技术技能水平的提升受到了限制。校企合作共建实训室是解决以上问题的有效途径,也是实现校企共赢,深度合作的重要手段。
