目的探讨干细胞标志物CD44在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2008年1月至2009年12月间经病理证实的胃癌患者40例,采用免疫组化法检测胃癌患者肿瘤组织中CD44的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果胃癌组织中CD44阳性表达率为60.0%。CD44的表达与临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移及侵润程度相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 CD44在胃癌组织中异常表达,呈现高表达,且其表达与肿瘤临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移及侵润程度等紧密相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of stem cell marker CD44 in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Forty cases of pathologically confirmed gastric cancer from January 2008 to December 2009 were selected. The expression of CD44 in gastric cancer tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry, and its correlation with clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The positive rate of CD44 in gastric carcinoma was 60.0%. The expression of CD44 was correlated with clinical stage, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and invasion degree (all P <0.05). Conclusions CD44 is abnormally expressed in gastric cancer tissues and is highly expressed. The expression of CD44 is closely related to clinical stage, differentiation, lymph node metastasis and invasion.
