泰国于1983年2月实验成功一种去除花生油中黄曲霉毒素的简易方法,即用0.3%的漂白土与花生油混合,以每分钟150转的速度搅拌15分钟,即可将黄曲霉毒素的含量由76PPb降至7.85PPb,低于泰国公共卫生部部颁安全标准的20PPb。经此法加工的花生油,其理化性质均符合食品卫生条例之规定。采用的漂白土有两种,即高岭土及AAA,用它们作吸附黄曲霉毒素的对比试验时,未见明显差异。
In February 1983, Thailand successfully tested a simple method for removing aflatoxins in peanut oil by mixing it with peanut oil at 0.3% bleaching earth and stirring for 15 minutes at a speed of 150 revolutions per minute. The aflatoxin content From 76PPb dropped to 7.85PPb, lower than the Ministry of Public Health Ministry of Public Security standards 20PPb. Peanut oil processed by this method, its physical and chemical properties are in line with the provisions of food hygiene regulations. There are two types of bleaching earth used, namely kaolin and AAA, with them for the adsorption of aflatoxin comparative test, no significant difference.
