考察了钙改性ZSM-5分子筛的催化性能以及反应条件对甲苯乙基化催化活性和选择性的影响。NH_3-TPD、红外光谱和孔结构测试表明,强B酸中心减少和孔道变窄是提高对甲乙苯选择性的主要原因。含CaO 6mmol/g ZSM-5的催化剂具有较好的反应稳定性。钙改性沸石的水热稳定性不如镁改性的好。
The effects of reaction conditions on the catalytic activity and selectivity of toluene ethylation were investigated. NH_3-TPD, IR spectra and pore structure tests showed that the decrease of strong B acid sites and narrowing of pores were the main reasons for increasing the selectivity to methyl ethylbenzene. The catalyst containing CaO 6mmol / g ZSM-5 has better reaction stability. Calcium modified zeolite hydrothermal stability is better than magnesium modified.
