双向衔接,即家、园、校三位一体的双向协调与衔接。协调幼小双向衔接的意识有助于实现儿童发展与教育上的整体性和连贯性。《幼儿园教育指导纲要》明确指出:“幼儿园与家庭、社区密切合作,与小学相互衔接,综合利用各种教育资源,共同为幼儿的发展创造良好的条件。”这就要求教师重视幼小衔接工作,了解这一时期孩子的身心特点,科学、客观地来关注幼小衔接期的孩子,顺利完成由幼儿园到小学的过渡。
