为探索并建立转炉采用石灰石代替石灰造渣炼钢工艺制度,在首秦100t转炉和石钢60t转炉上进行了石灰石与石灰造渣对比试验。试验结果表明:转炉采用石灰石代替石灰造渣,铁水入炉比在92.5%左右较为合适;在造同碱度渣脱磷时,2种造渣方法中石灰石与石灰加入比为1.28∶1;石灰石造渣前期炉渣泡沫化程度提高,可通过降低前期氧枪枪位来改善石灰石造渣溢渣。
In order to explore and establish converter limestone instead of lime slagging steelmaking process, limestone and lime slag slagging comparative tests were carried out on Shouqin 100t converter and Shihtek 60t converter. The results show that limestone is used instead of lime slag, and the ratio of hot metal to molten iron is about 92.5%. In the case of dephosphorization with the same basicity, the adding ratio of limestone and lime is 1.28:1 in the two kinds of slagging methods; limestone The slagging of slagging at the early slagging stage can be improved, and lime slag slagging can be improved by reducing the previous lance point.
