研究合成的磷酸酯型两性淀粉性能、用量、体系pH值及硫酸铝对漂白桉木浆Zeta电位及纸张强度性能的影响。结果表明,合成的3种两性淀粉DSA/DSC均大于0.5,显负电性,其中DSC为0.057、DSA为0.029的MS-1样对浆料Zeta影响及纸张强度性能影响相对最大;当浆料Zeta电位随着两性淀粉MS-1用量的增加趋于稳定时,说明其已达到最佳用量;在pH5~7范围内,两性淀粉MS-1对体系Zeta电位变化的影响不大,对纸张强度性能没有明显影响;两性淀粉MS-1在一定范围内能有效屏蔽浆料中硫酸铝水解物(阳离子),体系Zeta电位变化相对稳定,对纸页强度性能影响不大。
The effects of the synthesized phosphate amphoteric starch on the Zeta potential and paper strength of bleached eucalyptus pulp were investigated. The results showed that the DSA / DSC of the three kinds of amphoteric starch were both greater than 0.5 and negatively charged. The MS-1 sample with DSC of 0.057 and DSA of 0.029 had the strongest influence on the Zeta and paper strength properties. When the Zeta potential Potential with the increase of the amount of amphoteric starch MS-1 tends to stabilize, indicating that it has reached the optimum dosage; in the pH5 ~ 7 range, amphoteric starch MS-1 Zeta potential changes in the system is not significant, the paper strength performance There was no obvious influence on the Zeta potential.
