海南省红岭灌区工程系国家172项节水供水重大水利工程项目之一,是红岭水利枢纽工程的配套项目,是解决琼东北地区工程性缺水的重要工程,工程范围涉及琼中、屯昌、定安、琼海、海口、文昌等6个市(县)共58个乡镇和国营农场,国土面积58.37万hm~2,设计总灌溉面积9.70万hm~2,设计年供水量4.95亿m~3。由总干渠、东干渠、西干渠、分干渠及灌区骨干渠系工程组成,设计渠道建设总长度约518 km,批复工程总投资57.72亿元。工
