心力衰竭(以下称心衰)是指心脏不能搏出足够血液以供人体代谢需要的状态。心脏正常时,在不停地收缩和舒张,使血液动力处于动态平衡状态;当疾病影响心血管功能的病理情况下,超越了心脏的代偿功能时,则出现心衰。
