对油田送来的国外钻杆探伤检验中发现的缺陷进行了解剖分析。理化检验结果表明,管体和接头的理化性能均符合标准规定,但通过超声波检验,测出了钻杆中存在的缺陷的位置和大小。进一步分析表明,该缺陷为热加工过程产生的裂纹。指出预防钻杆失效的重要性及加强油田钻具无损检测的必要性。
Anatomical analysis of the defects found in the overseas drill pipe testing and inspection sent from the oilfield was conducted. Physical and chemical test results show that the physical and chemical properties of the pipe body and the joints are in line with the standards, but ultrasonic testing to detect the presence of defects in the drill pipe position and size. Further analysis shows that the defect is a crack generated during thermal processing. Pointed out the importance of preventing drill pipe failure and the necessity of enhancing non-destructive testing of oilfield drilling tools.
