Background: The author is an Austrian with a doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania (“UPenn”) after graduating from the Technical University of Vienna (“VUT”) and is currently a senior scholar at Southeast University. Since I read books in Austria, the United States and China, it makes sense for the author to discuss the similarities and differences in education in the three countries and their advantages and disadvantages.
