汇集在这一期“学苑论坛”专栏的三篇论文,显示了哈尔滨工业大学媒体技术与艺术系在新媒体艺术研究领域的三个向度。其中一篇是研究动画与医学成像技术的关系;另一篇研究电影数字技术与电影时空观的关系;第三篇则研究的是虚拟主持人与技术的关系。这几篇研究论文,都拥有一个共同的学术视野:从媒体技术系统的分析切入,寻找媒体技术模型与艺术形式的关系,从而追问这种关系所表征的美学意义。也许,我们可以把这样的一种研究方法,归入技术美学的理论范畴;或者说,这样的一种研究思路,沿袭了加拿大传播学派代表人物伊尼斯、麦克卢汉,以及美国的保罗·莱文森等人的技术性媒介研究传统。对于
The three papers collected in this issue of the “Academy Forum” column show the three dimensions of Harbin Institute of Technology’s Department of Media Technology and Art in the field of new media art research. One is to study the relationship between animation and medical imaging technology; the other is to study the relationship between movie and digital technology and movie space-time concept; and the third is to study the relationship between virtual host and technology. These research papers all share a common academic vision: to probe into the aesthetic significance of the relationship through the analysis of the media technology system and the relationship between the media technology model and the art form. Perhaps, we can put such a research method into the theoretical category of technical aesthetics; or, such a research idea, followed the representatives of Canadian communication school Inis, McLuhan, and the United States Paul Lai Vincent et al’s technical media research tradition. for
