班级是学校工作不可或缺的核心元素,而班主任在教学中扮演多个角色,是整个班级学生的教育者、引导者、组织者,需要同时做好管理、教育工作,在激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学效率与质量的同时,要保证学生的身心健康,积极引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观,促进他们的全面发展。
Class is an indispensable core element of school work, and the class teacher plays a number of roles in teaching. It is the educator, guide and organizer of the entire class of students.
