用四组分分离法和气相色谱模拟实沸点蒸馏分析法对胜利炼油厂延迟焦化循环油的族组成和馏分组成进行了估算,并对不同循环比的油样在 460 ℃下进行了生焦试验。结果表明,循环油的主要成分是饱和烃和芳香烃,馏分集中于350~480 ℃之间,以减压渣油为基准,焦化过程的生焦率随循环比的增大而升高,以焦化原料油为基准,焦化过程的生焦率随循环比的增大而降低,循环油对生焦反应有阻滞作用。
The composition and fractional composition of delayed coking circulating oil in Shengli refinery were estimated by four-component separation method and gas chromatographic simulation of real boiling point distillation. The coke-burning test was carried out on the oil samples with different recycling ratios at 460 ℃ . The results show that the main components of the circulating oil are saturated hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons. The distillate concentrates at 350 ~ 480 ℃. With the vacuum residue as the reference, the coke yield increases with the increase of the circulation ratio. Coking feedstock as a benchmark, coke coking process with the increase of the circulation ratio decreases, the circulating oil has a retarding effect on coke reaction.
