近来,我厂发现有4台6102BQ 型柴油发动机,大修后,行驶都不超过5000km,连杆螺栓断裂,打碎缸体、打弯凸轮轴、打坏喷油泵等部件,造成很大经济损失。连杆螺栓在发动机工作时承受很大的交变载荷,经过长期工作后,可能产生疲劳裂纹;经过多次拆装后的螺栓有时会被拉长,镀铜螺栓的铜层会被磨掉不能自锁。因此,建议柴油机大修时要更换连杆螺栓。
