本文报告一例血友病患者,男性,17岁,手术后严重出血,间歇性出血11天,已输血4400毫升,由外院转来治疗。既往史有外伤后出血不易止,11岁时因臀部疖破溃大出血。家族史中外祖父拔牙后出血不易止。咽部检查在扁桃体窝上方出血,经结扎、电灼、反复输新鲜血1500毫升和抗血友病球蛋白AHG等治疗措施,12天后伪膜脱落出血止。血检查除KPTT
This article reports a case of hemophilia, male, 17 years old, with severe bleeding after surgery, intermittent bleeding for 11 days, transfused with 4400 ml, and transferred from outside hospital. Past history of bleeding after trauma is not easy, 11 years old due to hip 疖 ulceration hemorrhage. Family history of Chinese and foreign grandparents after tooth bleeding is not easy to stop. Pharyngeal examination bleeding in the tonsil fossa, after ligation, electrocautery, repeated infusion of new blood 1500 ml and anti-hemophilia globulin AHG and other treatment measures, 12 days after the pseudomembranous shed blood.
