在我国南方刚性屋面防水层处理甚为普遍。一般做法是在屋面板上浇一层混凝土,内夹配φ4双向钢筋网。在结构承重部位设分仓缝,缝内嵌建筑油膏或聚氯乙烯胶泥等柔性封闭材料。但这种处理在设计、施工中若有疏忽,亦易产生渗漏。以黄石拖拉机厂采用的30000m~2刚性屋面防水层为例,一般在施工2~3年内效果良好,但后来就多有渗漏。原因在于地基不匀均沉降屋面板灌浆不实引起刚性防水层裂缝外,电还有材料、设计、施工操作等方面的原因,现分述如下: 1、设计方面由于混凝土刚性防水层对地基的不均匀沉降、振动以及温度变化等敏感,板易产生变形、裂缝。为弥补这一点,有的设计在刚性防水层上添铺沥青卷材,其实沥青和油毡易老化并非可靠。

The reason is due to the foundation uneven uneven settlement of the rigid roof caused by grouting cracks in the rigid waterproof layer, there are materials, design, construction operations and other reasons, are described as follows: 1, the design due to the rigid waterproof layer of concrete to the foundation It is sensitive to uneven settlement, vibration, and temperature changes. Plates are prone to deformation and cracks. To make up for this, some designs add bituminous membranes to the rigid waterproof layer. In fact, the aging of asphalt and linoleum is not reliable.
