本文介绍了膏剂法高频感应加热快速渗铝工艺。试验结果表明,对钢铁试样以大约80℃/秒的速度加热到1100℃左右,保温2分钟,可获得120微米厚的连续、敏密且无脆性区的渗铝层。
This article describes the paste method of high frequency induction heating fast aluminizing process. The test results show that the steel sample is heated to about 1100 ° C at a rate of about 80 ° C / sec for about 2 minutes to obtain a 120 μm-thick continuous aluminous layer with a dense and non-brittle zone.
