“ZF”法是鞍钢和鞍山钢铁学院共同研制的浇铸沸腾钢新工艺,本文通过实验室模拟实验研究和现场测温、倾倒钢锭等方法全面研究了ZF6.67t沸腾钢锭的液芯轧制变形特点,可轧液芯率,以及钢锭的凝固率曲线。根据该锭型特点,制订了新的工艺制度,使ZF6.67t沸腾钢锭的平均装炉温度达到了1006.2℃,液芯加热率达到82.58%,从而提高均热炉生产能力1/3,减少烧损0.7%,节约煤气46.5%,经济效益显著。目前该工艺已正式投入生产2年半,证明“ZF”法是保证液芯加热、液芯轧制的有效措施之一。
