近几年的教学实践证明,小组合作学习适应了新形势下课程改革的要求,在改善课堂教学氛围、提高学生的认知能力、提高学生的学习成绩方面确有一定的成效.那么,针对初中生物教学来讲,如何切实有效地开展小组合作学习呢?下面,我结合多年来的教学实践,谈几点我的观点和看法.一、小组合作学习中小组的组建开展小组合作学习,如何给班级里的几十名学生分组,考验着每一位老师的教学组织能力.一定程度上来说,小组的组建关系着小组合作学习的成败,它是基础,更是开展小组合作学习的第一步.
