岩石矿物样品经氢氟酸和王水溶解制成溶液,用微量进样器分取70μl试液,在烙有蜡环的成形滤纸片上制成薄样进行测量。样品的化学处理流程简单,适宜于高含量样品中铌钽的定量测定。所采用的烙有蜡环的成形滤纸作为X射线荧光光谱分析样品的支持物,由于其制备简单,是溶液滤纸薄样法中较理想的材料。试验部分一主要仪器与试剂 8680多道-扫描混合式X射线荧光光谱仪(美ARL公司产品) 100μl有存液微量进样器(上海医用激光仪器厂产品) 慢速定量滤纸(杭州双圈牌) 光谱纯Nb_2O_5和Ta_2O_5;其他试剂均用分析纯二仪器工作条件
The rock mineral sample was dissolved in hydrofluoric acid and aqua regia to form a solution. A 70 μl aliquot of the test solution was dispensed using a microinjector, and a thin sample was formed on a shaped wax filter with a wax ring. The chemical processing of the sample is simple and suitable for the quantitative determination of niobium and tantalum in high-content samples. The waxed ring-shaped filter paper used as a support for X-ray fluorescence spectrometry samples is an ideal material for the solution filter paper sample method due to its simple preparation.
