初步建立社会主义市场经济体制,是20世纪末21世纪初我国经济体制改革和社会发展目标。农业作为国民经济基础,其市场化在社会主义市场经济体制建设中具有重要作用,同时又有着相当的难度。当前,我国经济和社会发展步伐进一步加快,整个新旧体制转换正处在关键时期。研究农业走向市场以及如何走向市场,推动市场农业的发展,对于顺利实现国民经济和社会发展目标,正确处理好改革、稳定与发展的关系,具有十分重要的意义。
The initial establishment of a socialist market economic system is the goal of China’s economic restructuring and social development at the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century. As the basis of the national economy, agriculture has an important role in the construction of a socialist market economy and at the same time has considerable difficulty. At present, the pace of China’s economic and social development is further accelerated, and the transition of the old system and the new system is now at a critical period. Studying how agriculture moves into the market and how to move into the market and promote the development of market agriculture is of great significance for the smooth realization of the goal of national economy and social development and the correct handling of the relations between reform, stability and development.
