山西省临汾市公安局原局长邵建伟在接受组织审查期间,混沌的灵魂受到了深刻触动,禁不住流下了愧疚、悔恨的泪水。他深切悔罪,不但积极给家人写信,请他们配合退还全部赃款,还写下了1万余字的检查和忏悔,真诚地向组织请求,愿意把自己痛彻心扉的感悟公之于众,警示广大党员干部不再重蹈他的覆辙。他从自己的人生历程寻找自己走向犯罪的轨迹,从思想演变的过程中分析自己的犯罪原因,从违纪违法的前后对比中痛述自己的悔恨之情,告诫广大党员干部“手莫伸,伸手必被捉”。他的沉痛教训再一次警示,每个共产党员特别是党员领导干部一定要牢固树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,自觉筑牢拒腐防变和党纪国法两道防线,永葆清正廉洁的本色。2005年10月,山西省委以通报邵建伟等违纪违法案件为契机,在全省掀起了一场扎扎实实的领导干部警示教育活动,引起了较大反响。我们将邵建伟的检查和忏悔刊出(文中小标题系编者所加),希望能给广大党员干部带来一些有益的思考和警示。
