动力机械中半轴驱动件毛坯生产工装的模具材料,目前大部分采用老式3Cr2W8V、5CrMnMo或5CrNiMo等。当今我国汽车工业的大发展,面临很多急待解决的问题,在制造过程中的节能降耗和减排问题就是其中之一。针对此问题,对汽车半轴的新型工艺——摆动辗压的模具,采用新型模具钢H13进行了实验研究,并在河南某汽车配件厂进行应用,取得较好结果。
