高油玉米是指子粒含油量超过8%的玉米类型,一般具有较高的蛋白质、赖氨酸和色氨酸,其含有的维生素A、E和卵磷脂都高于普通玉米。经过精炼加工而成的玉米油是一种用途广泛、味道纯正、营养价值很高的食用油。目前国内许多科研育种单位都相继培育出了一批高油玉米杂交品种。这些品种具有丰产、抗病、抗倒等特征,有与普通杂交玉米相竞争的丰产潜力。下面介绍几个已通过省级审定,并已推广应用的高油玉米新品种。
High-oil corn is a type of corn that contains more than 8% of its oil content. It generally has higher levels of protein, lysine and tryptophan, and contains higher levels of vitamins A, E and lecithin than normal corn. Processed corn oil is a wide range of uses, pure taste, high nutritional value of cooking oil. At present, many domestic research and breeding units have successively cultivated a number of high-oil corn hybrid varieties. These varieties have the characteristics of high yield, disease resistance and lodging resistance, and have the potential to compete with common hybrid corn. Here are a few have passed provincial-level validation, and has been promoting the application of new high-oil corn varieties.
