随着中药研究的飞速发展,某些中草药的防老、延年益寿的作用,日益被人们所认识。近年来,科学研究人员对抗衰老药物的研究不断地深入,对其药物进行了大量的化学成分的研究。这对于进一步阐明中草药对人类防老、长寿的作用机理提供了必要的科学依据。一、国内外对抗衰老中药化学成分的研究自八○年以来国内外对于抗衰老中药的化学成分的研究又有新的进展。其中的主要成果如下。 1、人参:人参皂甙Ra过去认为是单一成分,1982年分离得Ra_1和Ra_2。新发现红参的两种皂甙定名为Rs_1和Rs_2,其余18种中只有三种与白参不同,即Rg_2、Rg_3和Rh_(10)等外在红参中新发现另两种皂
With the rapid development of Chinese medicine research, the anti-aging and prolonged life functions of some Chinese herbal medicines are increasingly recognized by people. In recent years, scientific researchers have continued to deepen research into anti-aging drugs, and they have conducted a large number of chemical studies on their drugs. This provides the necessary scientific basis for further elucidating the mechanism of action of Chinese herbal medicines on human aging and longevity. I. Research on the Anti-aging Traditional Chinese Medicine Chemical Composition at Home and Abroad Since 1980, research on the chemical composition of anti-aging Chinese medicine has made new progress both at home and abroad. The main results are as follows. 1. Ginseng: Ginsenoside Ra was considered to be a single component in the past and was separated in 1982 by Ra_1 and Ra_2. The two new saponins of red ginseng were named as Rs_1 and Rs_2, and only three of the remaining 18 species were different from white ginseng, ie, two new types of soaps were found in external red ginseng such as Rg_2, Rg_3, and Rh_(10).
