本文介绍了在弱碱性条件下用直接碘量法测定牛黄解毒片中雄黄含量的方法。实验表明,牛黄解毒片中其它成分对测定结果不干扰。该方法测定结果的标准差为0.032;变异系数为0.56%;实验回收率为100.64%。
This article describes the method of determining the content of realgar in Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets by direct iodometry under weak alkaline conditions. Experiments have shown that other ingredients in Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets do not interfere with the measurement results. The standard deviation of the assay results was 0.032; the coefficient of variation was 0.56%; the experimental recovery was 100.64%.
