创新是企业发展的动力源泉。在新的形势下,必须在创新中继续发挥思想政治工作的作用,推动企业实现健康可持续发展一、企业思想政治工作的基本思路首先,必须服从服务于党的基本路线这一基本原则,服从和服务于经济建设和社会主义市场经济体制的建立。目前,在一些人的心目中,企业思想政治工作似乎可有可无,无关紧要。这种思想认识非常危险,务必引起我们的高度重视,否则,就会使转换企业经营机制和建立市场经济体制丧失重要的保证作用。
