自十八大以来,我党对党内的政治生态进行了大力整顿,从制度到措施等方面切入实际地对党风、作风等进行了狠抓狠打,并取得了一定的成效,但树倒根在,尽管各地区对党建工作提出了严格的要求,但仍然有人不知敬畏,依然故我,无视党风党纪,触犯国法党规,给国家和人民群众的利益带来了严重的损害。对于党建工作的开展并非一朝一夕,也非一时之势,其应是一件需要常抓常打,形成常态的工作,让每一位党员干部将党风党纪铭记于心,融于骨髓,化于行动。故,党建工作需要以更加创新化的方式来将其达到深入人心的目的,余杭区卫计系统的党建工作也不例外,本文以余杭区卫计系统为例,来对党建工作的创新方式进行分析研究,以期研究结论能为卫计系统的党建工作提供一定的指导性建议。
