本文报道了羊栖菜水提取物及其复方制剂的促生长发育实验效果。在普通大鼠和小鼠基础饲料中分别加入羊栖菜水提取物０．８％和含１０％提取物的复方制剂４％，８％和１２％，饲喂母鼠和子鼠。发现羊栖菜水提取物及其复方制剂对促生长发育项目的胎子实验、生理发育指标、神经发育指标和体重增加都有一定促进作用。但复方制剂组较单纯羊栖菜提取物组效果要好，而且高剂量组好于低剂量组。说明羊栖菜水提取物在实验剂量下对受试动物小鼠和大既有一定的促生长发育作用，但由于其营养成分比较单一，不如复方制剂的效果明显。
This article reports the experimental results of the growth and development of water extract of Sargassum fusiforme and its compound preparation. The common rats and mice were fed with basal diet of water extract of Aristolochia habitat 0.8% and 10% extract containing compound 4%, 8% and 12%, respectively. It was found that water extract of Sargassum fusiforme and its compound preparations had certain promotion effects on fetal test, physiological development index, neurological development index and weight gain of the project of promoting growth and development. However, the compound preparation group than the simple Sargassum extract group effect is better, and the high-dose group is better than the low-dose group. The results showed that the water extract of Sargassum fusiforme had significant effects on the growth and development of mice and mice in the experimental animals at the experimental dose. However, due to its relatively simple nutrient components, the effect of the compound preparations was not as good.
