据中国证监会网站的数据,在2012年进行IPO审核的企业中,177家企业首发获通过,37家公司首发未通过,6家企业取消审核,6家被暂缓表决,另有64家企业被“终止审查”。证监会共公布了37家上会企业被否原因的说明公告。统揽这37家公司IPO被否的原因,虽然企业情况千差万别,但总结起来主要归结于以下几个方面:关联交易、独立性缺失、持续盈利能力、募集资金使用、主体资格
According to the website of China Securities Regulatory Commission, among the enterprises that carried out IPO audit in 2012, 177 enterprises passed the debut, 37 companies failed the initial launch, 6 companies canceled the audit, 6 were suspended and 64 other companies were “Censorship ”.
