广州大多数外来工参加养老保险从1998年开始。根据相关规定,要在广州退休,必须连续参保至2013年。而部分参保者因为近两年即将退休,面临着十年养老费可能白交的情况。据悉,他们若退保只能拿回个人部分,回到老家只能重新购买养老保险。专家称,类似年龄够了参保年限不够无法退休的现象,在未来的几年内会越来越多,乃至成为普遍现象。
