本文报告一例原发性下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤诊断治疗经验。病人女性,33岁,右上腹部无痛性包块已四个月。术前诊断为右上腹部后壁肿瘤,恶性可能性大,开腹探查和冰冻病理检查证实为原发性下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤,切除后行人造血管移植,术后经过良好,B型超声检查,移植血管血流通畅。术后2年10个月发生咳嗽乏力,胸部拍片证明双肺有三处指头大转移病灶。经用化学疗法,术后3年7个月因恶液质、呼吸衰竭死亡。本病在国内未见报道,著者结合文献进行了讨论。
This article reports a case of primary inferior vena cava leiomyosarcoma diagnosis and treatment experience. Patient Female, 33 years old, painless mass in upper right abdomen has been for 4 months. Preoperative diagnosis of the right upper abdominal wall tumors, the possibility of malignancy, laparotomy and frozen pathology confirmed as primary inferior vena cava leiomyosarcoma, resection of the artificial vascular graft, postoperative good, B-mode ultrasound, Transplantation of blood flow and blood flow. 2 years and 10 months after onset of cough fatigue, chest film shows that the lungs have three finger lesions. After chemotherapy, 3 years and 7 months after the death due to cachexia, respiratory failure. The disease has not been reported in China, the author discussed the literature.
