国家自然科学基金委员会(以下简称自然科学基金委)根据国家基础科学发展需求,在“十五”期间实施了试点研究计划“国家自然科学基金重大研究计划”,目的是希望能够集成不同学科背景、不同学术思想和不同层次的项目,形成具有统一目标的项目群,给予相对长期的资助,以提高我国基础研究在具有重要科学意义的研究方向上的自主创新能力。
The National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) conducted a pilot research program “National Natural Science Foundation of China Major Research Program” during the “Tenth Five-year Plan” in accordance with the development needs of the country’s basic sciences. The purpose is to integrate different disciplinary backgrounds, Different academic ideas and different levels of the project to form a unified goal of the project group to give relatively long-term funding in order to improve China’s basic research in the scientific research of important scientific direction of independent innovation capability.
