近年来,人们不断地对教学模式进行探究,现在都认识到运用使学生更容易接受,以及老师把课本知识的解释与学生相互交流协作结合运用的方式的重要性。这种新的小组合作教学模式受到众多的关注。但是这种教学模式现阶段还达不到预期的效果,其中老师对这种新模式的认识与实际的掌握不充足、不能摆正自己的位置;学生对这种模式的适应能力不足、参与的积极性不高等问题;小组长的协调、组织能力低等问题严重制约着新模式的发展。
In recent years, people have been constantly investigating the teaching mode, and now they have realized the importance of using methods that make students more receptive and teachers use the explanations of textbook knowledge and students to interact with each other. This new group of cooperative teaching has received a lot of attention. However, at this stage, this teaching mode still fails to achieve the expected effect. Teachers ’inadequate understanding and actual mastery of this new mode can not put their own position in place. Students’ lack of adaptability to this mode, Enthusiasm is not high; group leader coordination, organizational capacity and other issues seriously hampered the development of the new model.
