釬子控制器(又称六角套),是凿岩机上一种主要配件,损坏的非常快,大约使用25天左右,套内六角部分即变形,失去釬子控制的作用,结果只有报废。但是每个控制器报废的都是它的六角部分,其他则仍完好。如果能把六角部分修复,其他部分仍可继续使用。因此,我们想出了一种把报废的釬子控制器修复重用的办法,经过试验,证明完全合乎质量,并且提高工效,节约纲材,修复费用仅为购买新控制器的一半。如果各矿都能采用,则为国家节约了大量资金。
