学习支持服务是教育教学中为解决学生学习中的各种问题而提供的各类帮助活动。信息化时代成人教育教学理念的不断发展及成人院校生源质量、教学模式的变化对成人高校学习支持服务体系建立提出了新要求。成人高校学习支持服务体系构建应依据学科教育特点与培养目标,以学生为中心,基于学习支持服务对象的服务需求特征,实施分类指导,统筹规划服务要素,强化服务意识与服务能力,改善教学设施,建立高效学习支持评估、反馈与监控机制。
