去年12月18日日本政府公布了12月9日经由日本议会批准的《伊拉克人道主义重建法实施概要》。这份文件分为:1.状况与方针。2.自卫队行动的时间。3.自卫队行动的区域。4.自卫队行动的种类及内容。5.自卫队任务实施细则。6.活动突然中止及避难的注意事项。7.活动区域变更及活动中断的注意事项。8.其他重要事项。这份文件将成为派往伊拉克的日本陆、海、空自卫队的行动准则。2003年12月26日,日本航空自卫队运输部队先遣队起程前往科威特,为大部队的到来作准备。
On December 18 last year, the Japanese government announced the “Implementation Summary of the Iraqi Humanitarian Reconstruction Law” approved by the Japanese parliament on December 9. This document is divided into: 1. Status and guidelines. 2. SDF operation time. 3. Area for SDF operations. 4. Types and contents of SDF operations. 5. SDF mission implementation details. 6. Activities suddenly stopped and the precautions. 7. Changes in the activity area and matters needing attention during the interruption of the activity. 8. Other important issues. This document will be the norm of action for Japan's land, sea and air self-defense forces dispatched to Iraq. On December 26, 2003, the advance squadron of the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force transport unit departed for Kuwait to prepare for the arrival of the large force.
