学校作为创新型人才培养的输出地,肩负学生创新能力培养的使命,创新精神和创新能力是提升国家竞争力的重要手段,因此从小学培养学生的创新能力和创新精神至关重要。小学数学作为一门科学性基础学科,对学生的知识水平和今后知识积累起到了基础性影响和作用,教师如何在数学课堂中培养学生的创新能力和创新精神是当前值得思考和实践的课题之一。为了改变我国教育事业现状,鼓励学生创新能力发展,我国实行了新课改政策,小学数学教师应结合新课改教学目标和教学要求,在数学教学中积极培养学生创新能力,养成创新精神和创新习惯,培养学生探索能力和求真精神。通过探究小学阶段学生数学学习中创新能力培养的问题阻碍,分析原因提出针对性建议,改进教学教案设计,提升教学水平。
As an outlet for cultivating innovative talents, it is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of the nation by shouldering the mission, innovation and ability to innovate. It is of vital importance to cultivate students’ innovative ability and creativity from primary schools. Primary mathematics, as a basic subject of science, has a fundamental influence and effect on students ’knowledge level and accumulation in the future. How teachers should cultivate students’ innovative ability and innovative spirit in mathematics classrooms is a subject worth pondering and practicing one. In order to change the status quo of education in our country and encourage the development of students ’innovative ability, our country has implemented the new curriculum reform policy. Primary school mathematics teachers should actively cultivate students’ innovative ability and develop innovative spirit in mathematics teaching according to the teaching objectives and teaching requirements of new curriculum reform Innovative habits, training students to explore the ability and truth-seeking spirit. By probing into the obstacles to the training of innovative ability in the students’ study of mathematics in the primary school stage, this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward some suggestions to improve the design of teaching plans and improve the teaching level.
