在一个水铀另功率堆中用载铀的微型金硅面垒型半导体探测器测量了绝对热中子通量。对有关的修正因子作了实验测量。测得堆中心热通量是4.45×10~7n/sec·cm~2,误差是1.6%,和通常的金箔活化法测量的结果在误差范围内符合。
The absolute thermal neutron flux was measured with a uranium loaded miniature gold-silicon base-type semiconductor detector in a uranium-based power reactor. The relevant correction factor was experimentally measured. Measured at the center of the heat flux is 4.45 × 10 ~ 7n / sec · cm ~ 2, the error is 1.6%, and the usual gold foil activation method results in the error range.
